Capture the Scarf game mode and bug fixes

We've updated the game significantly over the past several days. Several bugfixes were added, including fixing networking issues, HUD errors, visibility issues, and more. Some new sounds were also added for picking up certain items. There were also some weapon balancing fixes, mainly to the hands and shotgun.

But the big part is a new game mode! Capture the Scarf, a mode where you have to bring a scarf to a snowman. The scarf is marked, and if you're carrying it, you are, too! And the snowman doesn't like to stay still, either. It moves somewhere else whenever the scarf is picked up.

I hope to add another level and maybe some gameplay adjustments and fixes before New Year's Eve.
