New map and significant bug fixes.

This update brings with it a new map, the Military Installation, as well as significant bug fixes such as fixing an issue with doors not opening, players not moving, and scarves not dropping right. There are still known issues with movement in general and I'm working on finding a fix for those. Might require a rewrite of the networking system, though.
